For the past ten years I have been working with people with a wide range of mental and physical diagnoses, ethnicities, genders, and socioeconomic backgrounds. I find that I work best with teenagers and adults. I focus on working with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship patterns, and family dynamics in a safe and client directed way.
I utilize evidence based practices and empathetic care to develop a strong therapeutic rapport with the people I work with. I am trained in trauma informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused/brief therapy, community reinforcement approach, and mindfulness. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for people to work on their goals and self care.
