With more than 10 years in the social work field, I have seen firsthand how all of our experiences, from the mundane every day to the extraordinary once-in-a-lifetime, shape how we view the world we live in… and our relationships within it. I hope to be a space of comfort and safety as you take the step of starting therapy. I’d be honored to build a safe relationship with you and your partner during this next chapter. Focusing solely on couples work, I dedicate my practice to those struggling to make their relationship good again.
A provider of Gottman Method couples therapy, I believe in getting back to the basics of connection- tending to those small moments, so that you can start enjoying the extraordinary again. No gesture of affection is too small in my office. I have an eclectic approach to therapy with a structured foundation and I hope you’ll find I have an empathetic, accepting, and understanding style to help reach your relationship goals. Let’s start this work together.
