Despite the many differences we have, we all have had pain and we are all capable of healing ourselves and each other. I believe we are wired for deep and meaningful connection with others, which helps guide us on the healing process. We all have experiences that have built us, shape our perspectives, and impact how we show up in the world. I help people process trauma and attachment injuries, cope with big emotions, restore motivation, and find the wholeness within themselves. By utilizing a wide range of therapeutic frameworks, modalities, and compassionate curiosity, we can work together to uncover your most authentic self.
I am happy to use a variety of tools to meet each client’s individual needs, including Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy. This could be a great fit to treat addiction, anxiety, ADHD, depression, and many other mental health conditions. Horses are especially attuned to humans’ emotions. While engaging in activities with the horse, we will work together in a non-judgemental environment to recognize how each client's reactions to the animal and the animal’s reactions to people highlight the behaviors, feelings, and relationships that have caused pain and can lead to modifying emotions, developing self-awareness, building coping strategies, and increasing confidence.

*I am currently taking cash-only clients. I believe in access to mental health care and can offer a sliding scale if you find yourself in financial hardship. I can also provide a SuperBill for insurance reimbursement.
